Successful interventions are those that create adequate conditions for handling, processing and marketing the products in a chain. Management must respect the best socio-environmental practices and processing must take into account local infrastructure conditions, adding value to the final product. This product, more valued, must have the opportunity to access competitive markets.<\/p><p>THE <strong>second premise<\/strong> is that the results obtained with the development of a chain must be invested in education, in order to guarantee, in turn, the long-term development of the territory. Sustained investments in education allow the training of technicians specialized in the peculiarities and needs of a region, the improvement of the self-management capacity of communities and enterprises and the creation of conditions for the development of the territory.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">From these premises, an action that values:<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0\u2022 <strong>metering<\/strong>: to measure progress in the chain and in the living conditions of communities, it is essential to create a ground zero with socioeconomic and cultural data from the territories.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u2022 <strong>Protagonism and engagement<\/strong>: the engagement of social actors through dialogue and protocols allows the creation of a more cohesive social fabric, in which each member has legal participation in the cooperative and also the feeling of ownership, which generates greater participation.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u2022 <strong>Education<\/strong>: education, through political-pedagogical projects aligned with the needs of the territories, and also included throughout the entire investment project, is one of the main vectors for training leaders and empowering communities.<\/p><p>Based on these premises, Interelos works on projects such as <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/interelos.org.br\/en\/programas\/amazonbai\/\">amazonbai<\/a><\/strong>, in which, through donations from funds such as Porticus and JBS Pela Amaz\u00f4nia, it develops the entire a\u00e7a\u00ed chain in Amap\u00e1, from the creation of a community protocol, through the strategic planning and implementation of the factory, to the commercialization of the
