Structuring fundraising
“Connect the Dots” (Ligue os Pontos, in Portuguese) is an initiative of the Municipal Department of Urban Planning and Licensing of the Municipality of São Paulo, together with other municipal departments and agencies, to promote the sustainable development of rural areas and improve their relations with the urban environment based on different aspects (dots) along the Agriculture Chain.
This front's mission was to structure a methodical process of attracting new partners and investors for the project. It comprised organizing information, identifying opportunities in institutional and conventional segments, identifying potential supporters of national and international philanthropic sectors and implementing routines for the presentation of “Connect the Dots”, monitoring of public notices, preparation of proposals, among others.
What we did
- Bank of opportunities for potential supporters and approach mechanism;
- Institutional presentation focused on fundraising;
- Bank of images, videos, evidence and narratives to support the approach with potential partners.
What we conquered
Communication materials aimed at raising funds and engaging new supporters.
